Windows 10 Build 9860 brings Battery Saver, Data sense. Have a look at both.

Apart from the new features and changes mentioned in the official changelog of the latest Windows 10 Tech Preview build, there are some very interesting features, which make their way to Windows PC from Windows Phone. If you have already updated your device to the latest build, go to PC settings and scroll down you can now notice Data Sense and Battery saver.

Data Sense:

You can see the overview and detailed view of data consumption done by your device and setting allows you to restrict background data

Battery saver:

You can turn it manually or set it to turn on automatically when the battery reaches below a certain percentage.
