Acer has updated the 14-inch Swift 5 with the latest Intel Core processor. On the other hand, Acer’s Swift 3 also came up with some interesting changes to the design and now also comes with the 13.3-inch display.
14-inch Acer Swift 5
The 14-inch Swift 5 is more or less the same as its predecessor except for the processor. Inside it, you now get the latest Intel Core i7-8565U and Core i5-8265U processor which in turns means that with the latest 14-inch Swift 5, you get a comparatively fast and responsive experience. The battery life is also not too bad, can serve you up to six hours.
Swift 3
Along with the existing the 14-inch one Acer has also added a nice 13.3-inch Swift 3 for the people who need a smaller display. Besides, the updated Swift 3 bow comes with slimmer bezels, sleek aluminum designs that open 180 degrees to lay-flat, and the latest technologies for performance and connectivity.
With an impressive up to 13 hours of battery life. The Swift 3 also has a built-in 4G LTE which means that you are always connected. The notebook offers up to 8GB of DDR4 RAM and up to 512GB of PCIe SSDs.
Pricing and Availability
The Acer Swift 3 with 14-inch displays (SF314-55 and SF314-56) will be available in EMEA in November, starting at $799.99 and in EMEA in January 2019, starting at €799.
