In fact, it was expected, once the hotfix has rolled out to all Tech preview devices yesterday.
If you are eager to know what percentage of overall Windows insiders crowd is made up by slow ring insiders, you will be surprised to know that it is more than 90%. So, while it may seem that most of Windows insiders are risk-averse, another reason for this behavior may be because “slow ring” is the default setting. You can change the “update frequency” by following these steps.
