Microsoft today pushed Windows 10 PC Build 16299.846 (10.0.16299.8846) as the cumulative update KB4471329 to those on Fall Creators update aka Windows 10 Version 1709. This update addresses an issue that may prevent the use of the Seek Bar in Windows Media Player when playing specific files. This issue does not affect normal playback.
