Microsoft has recently pushed new security patches Windows 10 Build 17134.915 (KB4507466) & Build 16299.1296 (KB4507465) to Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 update) and version 1709 (Fall creators update) These updates bring only fixes and improvements for their Windows 10 versions.
