GroupMe for Android has been updated in the Google Play Store to version 5.11.2. The latest update to GroupMe adds a single but most-requested feature by Android smartphone users – Dark Mode!
GroupMe app now supports Dark Theme and it looks gorgeous. To set the dark theme, tap on hamburger menu, then settings. Scroll down until you see the section Theme. Tap on the Dark theme and choose on. Done!
WHAT’S NEW
– We are very excited to unveil Dark Mode!
– After updating, you will find a new ‘Theme’ section in your app settings where you can enable/disable the new dark theme!
We also noticed that the app is better now at recognizing YouTube video links and shows a nice preview of the same before you are redirected to the YouTube app (if installed).
