Instagram alongside the launch of two-step authentication shared its plans for building a safe environment around your Instagram feed.
Instagram will soon put a screen over your sensitive photos and videos when you scroll through your feed or visit a profile.
As per Instagram, these photos or videos may not violate the guidelines, it may be because someone in the community has reported them and the review team at the company has confirmed they are sensitive.
What this means is you are less likely to have embarrassing or unwanted experiences in the app. However, if you are keen enough to see the marked photo or video that is covered with a screen, simply tap to reveal the photo or video.
On March 25 and 26, Instagram is also organizing a Worldwide InstaMeet 15. You can find an InstaMeet near you or spread kindness by leaving an encouraging comment, giving an inspiring person a like or sharing a message of support with a friend.
