Microsoft has now pushed new updates KB4075200 (Build 10586.1358) and KB4075199 (Build 10240.17741) for AMD devices on Windows 10 Version 1511 and 1507. The Specter and Meltdown fixes that arrived with last cumulative update build made AMD devices to fall into an unbootable state.

These updates should be able to fix unbootable state issue.
