Microsoft has pushed a new cumulative update KB4090913 to everyone on Windows 10 Fall Creators update. The update brings Build 16299.251 (10.0.16299.251) to the Windows 10 version 1709.
The update brings the fix for an issue in which some USB devices and onboard devices, such as a built-in laptop camera, keyboard, or mouse, stop working.

This update includes quality improvements. No new operating system features are being introduced in this update. Significant changes include the following:
- Addresses an issue in which some USB devices and onboard devices, such as a built-in laptop camera, keyboard, or mouse, stop working. This may occur when the Windows Update servicing stack incorrectly skips installing the newer version of some critical drivers in the cumulative update and uninstalls the currently active drivers during maintenance.
If you installed earlier updates, only the new fixes that are contained in this package will be downloaded and installed on your device.
