Windows 10

Microsoft’s Windows 10 20H1 is going to be a big update,it is expected to bring a ton of new features, performance improvements, and bug fixes.

Speaking of bug fixes, Microsoft is planning to backport some fixes that were released for Windows 10 20H1 Insiders to PCs running the latest version of Windows 10, the Windows 10 May 2019 Update(1903/19H1).

The fixes that Microsoft is planning to backport are:

  • Fix for an issue where dragging the emoji and dictation panels was unexpectedly laggy
  • Fix for an issue where if the taskbar was not set to autohide, launching the first menu would first hide the taskbar before bringing up the start menu

These fixes have come with CU KB4505903 (OS Build 18362.263), and the cumulative update(CU) is now available in the release preview ring, meaning that Microsoft will bring to the general public soon.
