Microsoft has released a new servicing stack update KB4552152 for PCs running Windows 10 version 1903 and 1909. According to Microsoft, there are no prerequisites to install this new update.
You don’t have to restart your computer after you apply this update. This update replaces the previously released servicing stack update KB4541338.
