We recently heard a rumor claiming that Windows 11 Build 22621 is the RTM build for the next major Windows 11 update. Now, another leak claims that the Windows 11 version 22H2 will assume the RTM status on May 24 itself.
Microsoft released the claimed Windows 11 version 22H2 RTM Build 22621 to insiders recently. While Microsoft didn’t confirm anything about its final 22H2 Build status the Build comes without the watermark.
The leak posted by well-known Microsoft enthusiast, Walking Cat on Twitter puts May 24 as the RTM date for Windows 11 version 22H2. While the release to public still will be months away, on this date Manufacturers will get the final build. They can then pre-load this Build on the future Windows 11 PCs.
Windows 11 update destined to come out this year will bring much-desired and currently missing Taskbar features back. It may also bring system-wide Dark mode and many other new features and UI changes. Microsoft is also working to improve Windows 11 File explorer and multitasking experience.
