OneNote for Android receives a major update with some new & powerful features

Microsoft has pushed a major update for OneNote for Android today. The update brings some new and powerful features to OneNote for Android.

The changelog includes OneNote to Office Lens integration, OneNote sign in using your Phone number and ability to create different kinds of notes by pressing and holding OneNote icon. Check the full changelog below.

WHAT’S NEW

1. OneNote is now integrated with Office Lens to provide scanning, cropping, and rotation of photos, documents, whiteboards, and business-cards.
2. Press and hold the OneNote icon to quickly create different kinds of notes. (Supported for Android Version 7.1 and above)
3. No need to remember a password. Sign in to OneNote using just your phone number.
4. Bug fixes and performance improvements.
