The latest Insider build 8.58 is out. We have some new cool features for you like easier deletion of your contacts and we have also brought back a familiar quoting feature you have been asking for. Plus some bug fixes, performance and stability improvements as usual.
What’s New?
Need to delete contact? We have improved this function so now when you will delete a contact it will be fully deleted and not just removed from your contact list.
Instantly Quotable: You can now use keyboard shortcuts to copy and paste quotes on Windows and Mac. More info here.
What’s fixed?
- Signing into Skype app using e-Sim network
- Sys tray icon should not appear offline anymore after a computer launch
- Split view should not get disabled by itself anymore
- When using split view, new messages sync now better in open chat windows
