Before the big Surface launch event scheduled on October 2, leaks and rumors about new Surface devices are coming in thick and fast. Now, some Surface code-names have emerged that may belong to new Surface devices in works or to be announced on October 2.
Surface Harper, Campus, Patagonia, and Avery Island are the new Surface code-names that Microsoft enthusiast Walking Cat posted on Twitter.

Out of these four code-names, three or all four can belong to Surface Pro 7, Surface Laptop 3 and Surface Go 2. We expect Surface Pro 7 and Surface Laptop 3 to be the most probable launch candidates. Surface Laptop 3 is expected to come in Intel and AMD variants and two codenames may belong each to these variants.

A Surface Go 2019 successor may also be launched. The foldable Surface Centaurus most likely will give the event a miss as all the leaks and rumors have pointed at a Q1 or H1 2020 debut for it.
Microsoft event page has already gone up where the event will be live-streamed and you can check the page by clicking here. The event will be held at 10 am EDT on October 2.
