Microsoft has started rolling out the December 2020 firmware update for the Surface Pro (5th Gen) and Surface Pro 6 devices.
These updates are available for all Surface Pro (5th Gen) and Surface Pro 6 devices running Windows 10 May 2019 Update, version 1903, or greater.
