Microsoft is planning to fix existing Windows 10 Gaming performance issue in the upcoming optional update. This optional update is already available for Windows 10 version 1809 and Microsoft has promised to release this update for other Windows 10 versions soon.
Microsoft has released Windows 10 optional update KB5004308 (Build 17763.2090) for version 1809. The update fixes the issue that prevents power plans and Game Mode from working as expected.
