Recently Microsoft rolled out the final Build 19042.508 (KB4571756) of upcoming Windows 10 feature update version 2009 aka the Windows 10 20H2 update to Release Preview channel. Now, it seems Microsoft may be planning to roll-out the 20H2 update publicly today itself or in coming days.

Microsoft has started to upload the ISO images for the Windows 10 Version 2009 update which will be officially known as October 2020 update too on its server. This is usually followed by updating of the links of the Media Creation tool and update assistant for someone upgrading from older Windows versions than version 2004.

But if you are already on Windows 10 version 2004 you will get an enablement package. Microsoft has already confirmed that Windows 10 20H2 will arrive via “enablement update” KB4562830 on any PC running version 2004.

We will keep you updated as the announcement of Windows 10 version 2009 roll-out is made by Microsoft. But like always it may not be available for everyone at the same time.
