Microsoft has today pushed a new minor Windows 10 Redstone 5 Build update to the insiders in Fast Ring. The Build 17713.1002 is like a cumulative update over the last major Build 17713 for Version 1809 and just brings an additional known issue. Microsoft is using this Build to test the servicing pipeline before releasing it to Slow Ring.

We have released Cumulative Update Build 17713.1002 to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. This Cumulative Update helps us test the servicing pipeline in preparation for releasing this build to the Slow ring.
This update introduces the following additional known issue:
Windows Defender Application Guard no longer works after installing the Build 17713.1002 Cumulative Update.
So, seems that Windows Defender Application guard won’t work after installing this new Redstone 5 Build.
