Microsoft has started pushing new cumulative updates for Windows 10 version 1903 and older versions. Windows 10 Build 18362.357 (KB4522016), 17763.740 (KB4522015) & 17134.1009 (KB4522014) is now available for Windows 10 Versions 1903, 1809 & 1803.
