Microsoft was supposed to start the roll-out of Windows 10 Mobile Creators update to non-insiders on April 25, but yesterday it was pushed only to insiders in Release Preview ring. This gave rise to fears that Microsoft might have mis-communicated the Creators Update roll-out.
But now it seems Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update has started rolling out today to non-insiders. This has been confirmed by Dona Sarkar on Twitter.
