Microsoft announced Windows 10 Creators Update roll-out commencement on April 11 but skipped info on Mobile Devices. Now good news is that Microsoft has now announced April 25 as the date when Windows 10 Mobile Creators Update roll-out will begin.
This is still better than previous years when Windows 10 Mobile users needed to wait for months for the major Windows 10 Mobile updates. The update roll-out will happen in phases depending upon the influencing factors.
As per the official Blog post,
Windows Phone will follow the same phased approach, with rollout scheduled to begin April 25. Note that update availability may vary by manufacturer, model, country or region, mobile operator or service provider, specific installed software, hardware limitations and other factors such as feedback from customers.
While Windows 10 Mobile Creators update doesn’t pack lots of UI changes, it does come with lots of changes and new features in Microsoft Edge, Cortana, Upgrade options, Bluetooth revamp, Wi-Fi settings revamp, SD encryption, Continuum improvements and much more.
