Microsoft yesterday pushed Windows 10 Build 15031 to PC insiders in Fast Ring. But mobile insiders were once again left high and dry.
But seems a new Windows 10 Mobile Creators update preview build is still on card for insiders. As per Dona sarkar, we can expect a mobile build coming later this week.

Hopefully this build brings some desired features like Night light that was confirmed by Dona as coming at right time.
