You can pick up the HTC One (M8) for Windows through Verizon Wireless in stores and online, with online sales beginning today and in-store tomorrow. Additionally, you can also get the HTC One (M8) for Windows from the Microsoft Store and later today they will have a special promotion on an HTC Dot View case and screen protector for the HTC One (M8) for Windows.
