upleaks is one of existing leaksters, recommended by evleaks and has leaked some really credible stuff about HTC in recent past. The leakster has now claimed that HTC W8 aka HTC M8 Windows which is supposed to get unveiled on 19th August in US for Verizon will come with Bootloader. It will support both HTC M8 UL and M8 WL.
