Microsoft didn’t release a new Windows 10 insider build last week due to a bug that prevented UWPs from opening as per a tweet by Dona Sarkar. So, the latest build released for the Fast ring is still the Build 17046.

But Dona’s latest tweet has raised hopes for a new build this week. A new build may come not before Wednesday however.
