Microsoft is announcing a new update for its OneNote Class Notebook as well as the Learning Tools. All of these updates have been made on account of the feedback that Microsoft received from the regular customers like teachers etc.
Class Notebook Tools  for OneNote Online and the Windows 10 app
With this update, OneNote Class Notebook Tools are now available for OneNote Online and OneNote for Windows 10. This will further help teachers to work even more efficiently across the web and on their favourite Windows 10 device.
Class Notebook Tools for OneNote Online.
With the Class Notebook Tools for OneNote Online and OneNote for Windows 10, here is what you could achieve:
Distribute a page or section to your students—Rather than sending students to the Content Library to copy a page for themselves, teachers can distribute a page to all students in a class with just two clicks.
Review student work sequentially—Just like in the Class Notebook add-in for OneNote 2013 or 2016, teachers are provided with a list of all the pages they’ve distributed and a quick way to sequentially review work (homework, assignments, quizzes, etc.). Simply click a student’s name to navigate to the page in the student’s notebook.
The OneNote Online feature is rolling out soon through an update for the OneNote app for Windows 10 update for Office 365 Education customers, and you can download the OneNote Windows 10 app and enable the feature through settings in the Options menu.
