Microsoft has pushed a new firmware for its top of the line 2-in-1 device, the Surface Book. The latest update is only available for Surface Book devices that have the Windows 10 Creators Update installed.
This update is particularly aimed at bug fixes and improvements to the system audio, and improves the Cortana speech recognition.

As always, the latest update is available via the Windows Update and should be downloaded and installed automatically on your machine. However, for advanced users or enterprises, you can download the msi file from the Microsoft Download Center for manual deployment.
