Microsoft has already pushed some Windows 10 Redstone builds to Insiders and new changes, features and code-base improvements are more visible now. Now folks at OneTile have managed to compare APIs of older and latest builds under testing and their findings suggest that Microsoft is bringing features ans changes to support better Pen and Ink support for UWP apps in future.

Above is a smart dialer kind of menu called RadialController, which is a native feature and will be available for not only Graphics and Inking but also for Multimedia apps for various functions like volume control or switching tracks. Even 3rd part apps developers may be able to take its advantage.

There is also another new element InkToolbar, which is designed to work with all kinds of feathers and stylus controls. Check below image.
