Microsoft has released a new Windows 10 Creators Update SDK Preview—Build 16225. This Preview SDK Build 15042 contains bug fixes and under development changes to the API surface area. It is recommended not to install it on a production environment since it is a pre-released software and only install the SDK on your test machine.
This SDK only works with Visual Studio 2017 RC (preview), if you want to try it out, download from here.

Known issue:
- Designer fails to render: When viewing the XAML in the Designer Window in Visual Studio, the controls fail to render. This can be resolved by using Visual Studio 2017.3 Preview.
- Compilation fails on non-Windows 10 platforms: When building apps on previous platforms, you may get a build error.
