Some Users are reporting BSOD 1, 2 issues after installation of the Windows 11 24H2 update KB5053598.

30 mins after download I get ntoskrnl.exe bsod. Unsure if something else is wrong or if its just the windows update that got borked

Noticed when playing FFXVI it would freeze after maybe a minute in game after not freezing in over 40 hours of gameplay. Along with that, I started to experience BSOD while simply going through the file explorer. I’ve uninstalled the update and still experiencing the same issue.

Currently using a restore point from 2 weeks ago to see if that fixes the issue. Will report back shortly!

Update: this did not fix my issue of game freezes but I haven’t had a bsod since. So it’s progress I think.

Some Users are reporting WiFi and Bluetooth issues after installation of the Windows 11 24H2 update KB5053598.

Aha! So, that was the cause! I had the same problem when I booted up the computer, I noticed that the network card wasn’t working anymore, the computer wasn’t connected to the internet, but luckily running the “troubleshooting tool” was enough to fix the problem.

Hey guys, all my Bluetooth drivers broke after this update. I had to uninstall it to gain back Bluetooth functionality, just thought a good idea to let people know!

Users with AMD graphics are severely hit and are reporting various issues after installation of the Windows 11 24H2 update KB5053598.

Since this latest update I can’t use photoshop without it crashing and my whole laptop freezing. I’m getting error message after error message, can only have 2 or 3 tabs open at a time in Chrome, my wi-fi options randomly disappeared and now I’m having problems with my graphics card (AMD radeon) and bluetooth mouse.

I’ve tried uninstalling the updates but then I need to restart my laptop for it to take effect and it automatically reinstalls them again. Is there any way to stop this? I can’t get any work done right now.
